Dear Parents and Guardians,
Paperwork was sent home this evening with students labeled COVID-19 PCR and Antigen Testing Consent Form. This is a voluntary consent to test students for COVID at the school level if they have symptoms consistent with COVID. The test will only be given by the School Nurses and only used if symptoms are present.
If you would like this service, please return the signed form.
Once again this is a voluntary diagnostic test.
