Pocahontas County Schools is accepting proposals for painting the gymnasium at Pocahontas County High School. The proposal includes preparing surfaces, including laying floor protection, removing dust from bar joists, applying primer to paint the walls, painting all window frames, doors, handrails, stage area, adjoining halls and locker areas as well as other trim work. The successful bidder shall provide all materials and labor associated with the project. This RFP is open through August 8, 2025, with a mandatory walkthrough on July 30th. All proposals must be received by August 8, 2025, by noon to be considered. Proposals may be hand delivered as sealed bids, mailed or emailed with password protection. Any bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Proposals should be submitted to Dr. Leatha G. Williams at lgwillia@k12.wv.us or Mr. Duane Gibson at pgibson@k12.wv.us by noon on August 8, 2025.
